can we also make sure the entries are displaying in alphabetical order by year as they were originally?

@MirandaEcho Do we want this alphabetically by year, or by year alphabetically?

Examples:

Alphabetically by year:
A 2020
A 2019
A 2018
B 2020
B 2019
B 2018

By year alphabetically:
A 2020
B 2020
C 2020
A 2019
B 2019
C 2019

Original request is by year alphabetically, so that all newer projects show up first, followed by older projects.

New request from Julie: Can projects tagged as finalist show up first, followed by semifinalist, then the rest?

^ Let me know ASAP if that's adding on an additional layer of complication that isn't possible within this estimate.
