Overview of the Feature Request
As an user editing a dataset's metadata,
I can use a drag button
In order to easily reorder metadata values in a group

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
(Example users roles: API User, Curator, Depositor, Guest, Superuser, Sysadmin)
Depositor, Curator, anyone with the permission to edit the metadata of a dataset

What inspired the request?
Need to reorder the authors of a dataset.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
Add buttons to enable users to reorganize the metadata values in a multivaluated group.

Any open or closed issues related to this feature request?
None seen

Yes, Figshare allows this. It's a nice feature.

The UX WG is proposing a redesign that includes this goal of letting folks more easily control the order of authors, although we take a different approach since we also want to arrange child fields in ways that make it easier for depositors to tell how child fields are related to each other.

I was just made aware of this GitHub issue when @g-saracca mentioned it in #514.

I'm trying to have the redesign reviewed for technical feasibility, before iteration continues, followed by testing where we'll start learning how well it works for different types of users.
