Feature Request/Idea: reusing file upload page as dvwebloader

Overview of the Feature Request
The goal here is to reuse the file upload page as developed for the new SPA as "dvwebloader", as the new file upload page also supports uploading folders. Furthermore, the new SPA has the look and feel of the Dataverse and it should integrate more seamlessly with the classic JSF frontend then the current webloader design.

This is currently an experiment meant to investigate the feasibility of such approach (reusing a part of the SPA as a standalone page that could be integrated in the classic JSF frontend, or other web applications)

What inspired the request?
File upload page and its similarity to the dvwebloader.

What existing behavior do you want changed?
This would be a standalone implementation, no changes to the frontend.

Any brand-new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
No.
