Multiple packages/conformance classes

The model could be factored into multiple packages to assist the definition of conformance classes that do not require implementation of the full model.
For example, the classes specific to

• remote-sensing/imagery, and for
• D&I applications,
  could be put into specific packages for those communities to use.
