if the request has since been edited:

the link should open a web page with the message "This request has been edited and resubmitted for approval."
the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button

if the request has since been canceled:

the link should open a web page with the message "This request has been canceled."
the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button.

if the request has since been declined:

the link should open a web page with the message "This request has already been declined."
the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button.
