Tooltips do not work AFTER saving cohorts in Test tier

Once a collection/filter is selected and saved as a cohort, I am unable to use the tooltips on the left hand filter side.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a filter or collection and save as cohort.
2. Now from explore page or cohort page if you select a tool tip for any filter/collection in left hand side the tool tip doesn't work

For clarification I assume you mean if you are looking at a cohort the tooltip buttons don't work, not that you can't use explorer page as before.

Controls on the LHS are disabled when looking at a cohort. This now includes opening the collection info popups. I don't know if this matters on a cohort page since you can't do anything except look at the current cohort on that page anyways.
