Zombies dying on regions?

Whenever i create a region zombies instantly die in there as if the nozombies flag is on?
The nozombies flag is not activated or anything. All zombies just instantly die and stops spawning inside :c Is this something like a bug or whats going on? Could use some help :o

I dont understand why this happens.
When you create a new region, nothing related to zombies is done until you add NoZombies Flag, hmm
