no weapons not working

Hello. my server safezone has been turning into a gun war whenever im not online. i watched a totorial video, showing how to add /rflag noequip and it also said how only i can only make me able to equip things by typing /rflag safezone noequip true -g NONMEMBERS i tried this accept i changed "noequip" tp "noequipweapon" and it doesnt work, so my question is what is the command for noequipweapon
