Author Field Not Updating in Posts

Default author is based on the user account of the editor creating the story.

We should base the author filed on users by default. To add authors to an article, an editor will need to create a new user and then add select them while editing their post.

This adds the flexibility to include bios and user information to articles by default.

The default functionality is actually enough, however site admins are only given permissions to add existing users to their site and only MS admins can add new users.
