What happened?

A bug happened!

I have minecraft installed in a different location than %appdata%/.minecraft, that folder does not exists.

When changing the minecraft installation folder in in the universal launcher to my actual dir C:\Users\Jonathan\OneDrive\_PortableMinecraft and clicking install the following happens:

  • C:\Users\Jonathan\OneDrive\_PortableMinecraft\mods folder is created in the correct spot with files
  • C:\Users\Jonathan\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\fabric-loader-0.16.2-1.21.1 folder is created with files

The latter is also supposed to be in my custom installation folder, but is misplaced
