JEI: Missing recipes for Vault Keys, Relic Statuete, Unidentified relic and Unidentified Artifact

Describe the bug
Vault Gem Keys does not have JEI recipes.
Relic Statutes does not have JEI recipes.
The unidentified relic recipe is not listed in JEI.
The unidentified artifact recipe is not listed in JEI.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open JEI
2. Click on Relic Statute or Vault Gem Key.

Expected behavior
JEI should contain these recipes, as items are craftable.
