No idea what I'm looking at; not even sure if it's an error message. TFL did not open a window.
EDIT: I installed Element and joined the matrix, but I can't find teams-for-linux anywhere there. |

Hi @ChuckStarchaser , did you try using teams in a browser by just going to https://teams.microsoft.com/ ? If that doesn't work either, then I would suggest asking on MS side at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/ad198462-1c1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472 Your logs do seem to indicate you got some problems with the graphics drivers. I would suggest you try to re-install them. |

Okay, I'll try those two things; thanks. I don't think I consciously installed any graphics drivers yet. I have a Radeon graphics card sitting on the table, waiting to go into the box, as my Ryzen has a built-in GPU and I wanted to not deal with drivers; but maybe I'm already dealing with drivers anyways, so might as well put that card in. |

Hello, I'm kind of desperate, as I was supposed to start a class in Accounting yesterday, but they did not tell us in advance that it would be over Teams (previous class was over Zoom), so I tried to install a substitute of Teams on my new rig here, a Ryzen AM5 with Ubuntu 24.04 and the MATE window manager. I spent the entire class time struggling.
First I installed TFL using apt and it seemed to work, but wouldn't open the meeting with the ID.
I reinstalled it using snap, instead, and I got the same behavior, but at least I got the cryptic messages it output to the console, namely...
Any idea what the problem might be?
