Add an option to automatically create RSS feed notifier, when the rss feed is opened and doesnt exist yet in full mode.

And hide the RSS feed option, if no ical-notifier is configured.

use --import-from-relay flag for ical-notifier to create an rss feed for every profile

or add button to RSS page "create RSS feed"
