I feel like this is done. I've looked at all the HQ DOIs that weren't already in mongo. I haven't looked at entries without DOIs because it would be about twice as time-consuming, with potentially a low rate of true positives. I need to go through the suporg codes and see if the number of DOIs that we have seems reasonable.
