Audio delay/Video gets slowed down

I just made this github account for this, but, uh yeah, when I render out my video, it gets sped down by a few seconds, which doesn't look bad at the beginning, but as the video goes on, you can start to notice that the video is delayed due to it being sped down. The audio, for some reason, isn't changed at all, but the video is.
