I'm using the JetBrainsRuntime But I couldn't implement a custom window like IDEA ，full screen Traffic light display

No trace was found in the source code If anyone knows, please tell me how to achieve it

I'm not exactly sure, but perhaps you mean Custom Title Bar?

@mkartashev After testing, custom window can be implemented，it is not possible to achieve the full screen Traffic light display
