I have a trouble with voice calls via Telegram, Whatsapp and Signal. I have rent VPS server with CentOS 7 and set up Outline. When I connect vpn on ios phone, Whatsapp, Telegram and Signal can't connect. After reinstalling Outline client, Telegram and Whatsapp connecting, but working slowly. Signal not working. Is there a way to resolve problem?

Thanks for reporting the issue, this might be duplicated with #1999 .
