In servers with internet connection, the platform is secured by login/password and other security mechanisms and have passed several vulnerability tests by prospects and customers. Regarding access to data, only managers have rights to download the documents (not the annotators). But an Annotation Contract should be signed with annotators to prevent them taking pictures, screenshots of the data while annotating. For more security measures, use the on-premises installation with no access to the internet. |
