[Motion form]: Redo-ing a multisig permissions actions

Steps to reproduce

Redo-ing a multisig permissions actions from the list will re-do it with normal permissions, not multisig as expected (but will work correctly when re-doing from the action sidebar)

Step 1. Install multisig extenstion
Step 2. Create "Manage permissions" with multisig Authority
Step 3. Press Redo button
Step 4. Try to change Authority

Expected behaviour

Authority should changed

oops, it is another bug 😄 but luckily it fixed in this PR : #2749
