Focus on search input field on open

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Advanced payment action.
2. Click on the select member field to add a recipient.
3. Immediately start typing to search for a member.
4. Note that you have instead manually click on the input.

Expected behaviour

• If a dropdown has an input, it should focus on the first input to provide easy search input without a second click.
• There should not be a border shadow when first focusing.

Actual behaviour

• After clicking on select field with a search, you have to click again into the input.
