Disable "Register" & Set Config & export tasks

I have a number of questions. Could someone please answer me the following questions?

1. How do I disable the registration option? I don't want anyone else to register on my taskcafe docker instance.
2. How do I edit the taskcafe conf? I think it is for email notification / register? (https://github.com/JordanKnott/taskcafe/blob/master/conf/taskcafe.example.toml) taskcafe web --conf?
3. How do I export or share tasks? I can only delete tasks (s. video)
