Feature request - RTE editor for RTE fields when editing translations

Feature request on behalf of a client on Umbraco 12.3.10 (currently) with License for TM 12.4.2.0

Use case:
Our Editor receives a translation in the Translation section of the CMS with a status of Reviewing.

Upon clicking this they can see the translation job. If they then view this they get the side-to-side comparison of the content of the translation (Source to Target).

If the Source field was an RTE datatype, then when we click the pencil icon to edit on the Target field, we get a textarea with the pure HTML content.

Request:
As an editor, I may not be familiar with markup and html tags, and just want to edit the textual values of that field. This feature request is asking if there is any viability for adding an option to include an RTE style view so that this editor can just amend the words without worrying about missing closing tags etc?

Other notes:
I have scoured the documentation and cannot seem to see an option that would accomplish this. If there is one then kindly point me in that direction ;)
