파일 다운로드 폼의 태그 형식 수정
이미지가 출력되지 않을 경우 처리(댓글 및 게시글 섬네일)
수정 시 기존 데이터 state들 초기 세팅해주기(제목/내용에 포커싱해주기 전까진 수정하기 버튼이 비활성화 상태임)
