LXPanel now allows gettext settings for plugins

Hi @alex5imon,

fyi, after only 14 months, LXPanel now supports a gettext-setting for plugins which allows localization of the Kano LXDE plugins. I don't know if that feature is still needed, as this repo containing the Kano LXDE plugins appears to be unmaintained and I have stopped using Kano OS some time ago and don't know your software's current structure.

Thanks for the heads up, we will look into it. We have been working on a completely re-design on Kano OS, which, among other things, takes localisation into account from the very beginning. Hopefully we will be able to release the first beta version in a few weeks
