[Kavita] AniList custom lists as Collections

Idea Description

As discussed on Discord, it would be great to have the ability to sync a custom list as a collection, similar to MAL Stacks.

On Anilist, we can create custom lists, but these lists are not searchable by other users. To view them, you need to visit a user's profile and then their mangalist. Custom lists include everything that is not in the categories: All, Reading, Completed, Paused, Dropped.

We can retrieve our own custom lists via the API with MediaListCollection.customLists (Please verify this as i haven't tested the api in a while). However, it would be beneficial to access other users' custom lists as well by providing the username and list name.

The screenshot illustrates how to differentiate custom lists. Take this list for instance: https://anilist.co/user/Peechaya/mangalist/→%20Strong%20Female%20Leads From the url we can easily get the username and customlist name.
