[Kavita] ColorScape manual override color

Hey everyone, i love the new colorscape feature it really adds a good flavor to the pages, but i've noticed quite quickly that it can get out of hand

This is caused by the credits in ALOT of the covers being in NEON GREEN and now my eyes burn out of my socket the moment i open the series XD.

My request is that i wish it was possible to manually overwrite this color value to one i pick myself so when the automatic generation "fails" to generate a satisfying color i can set it myself.
