Same issue as KatsuteDev/GitHub-Red-Issues#137

Firefox should make content script URL permissions MANDATORY but they don't.

Probably needs to be added to the permissions field in the manifest.

Caused by major regression in Firefox MV3; OH WELL, Firefox will just have to deal with this.
