Sketches can begin to appear crowded with dimension boxes being fixed inside the lines. I like how they appear there automatically. But it would be best if the user could move them and they become similar to a flag note. Click and drag the frame of the box or ctrl + click and drag the box would be my two suggestions. Very often the preferred way to manage crowded dimensions in sketches would be to offset them like this:
When zooming out, perhaps rather than the dimension disappearing it can automatically offset itself. Then snap back to the line once the user zooms back in. (*Unless it was previously moved by the user if something like the idea above is implemented)
The curser should change to the pointer finger when hovering over the dimension box to make it clear it is a selectable object.
