我在用moonlight串流的时候，有时显示器总是断开，导致moonlight卡死

根据parsecvdd作者的说法，这个似乎是早期代码和某一版本的win10冲突引起的bug，我会尝试修复一下，但不能保证解决，因为过于底层，超出了本项目的目标
