Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It allows migration from AnyTrust and improve continuity in case of disperser/network issues

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Migration scripts from vanilla version to EigenDA
  • Configuration parameter to turn on/off EigenDA write and AnyTrust fallback
