I think it's easier to understand an example, when you know the language.
Can we add a language tag (javascript, c#...) or a title (## javascript, ## c#...) to links?

Hi,

This may be a good idea. But i'm not sure how to integrate it to the current design without overloading the displayed information.

Maybe we should find a way to differentiate them form the What, Why, How tags. Maybe using colors?

Adding more tags would make the list more difficult to read I think.
When links are related to a particular design pattern or methodology, I'm not sure the language matters.

When the concepts are related to specific language or domain (web dev, iot etc) then I would be more in favor of creating categories for that. Having top level languages categories would make sense anyway.
