Setup topic tags for the meetups. #25

Since meetup.com doesn't have a field for tags, topics, or categories to add to a specific (ongoing) meetup, some ideas were to create a file that would associate the meetup (individual or recurring) with a set of associated topic tags.

These tags would then be displayed on each meetup in the list area.

Maybe one first implementation that would help build up to this version might be to filter by day of the week (Monday, Tues, etc)?
