Should we automate updating lemmy and lemmy-ui when this repository is updated? #110

I regularly find myself committing an update to lemmy-ui's translations submodule in PRs that otherwise don't relate to translations. Considering this is fairly easy to miss and it is updated fairly often, it might be worth looking into automating this process. @dessalines @Nutomic @phiresky any thoughts on if we should do this and, if so, how?

I can't think of anything other than adding a pre-commit hook, but really translation updates and dependency updates should only happen before a release anyway (or if we need to add a new translation key).
