Use Tiny Linux for LinuxForHealth in cloud-based environments.

There are different versions of Tiny Core Linux depending on the features you need. Core is the smallest, then TinyCore, then CorePlus, the latter providing wifi networking. There is also piCore, which is a Raspberry Pi port.

Then there is a set of utils that will unpack an iso, allowing you to modify the image, then repack to a custom iso:

Those utils work on linux, but not Mac.
