We have been kind of carelessly using the term "festivity" to refer to any liturgical "celebration" or "event". This can be confusing, seeing that "festivity" is a liturgical grade. In order to avoid confusion, it would be better to use the term "celebration" in place of "festivity".

This will certainly require quite a bit of careful refactoring, without changing anything that refers to an actual liturgical grade of "Festivity"... Can we do this for v4?
