Preprocessing

Hello, first of all, I apologize if this is a silly question. I went through the package and didn't see much on how to preprocess the task. Do I just use the original nnUNet preprocessing script? I figured that would be wrong since I am not sure that the nnUNet preprocessing script would setup a plans file that would work with a ViT trainer. perhaps I am just not seeing where it is mention in documentation/code. Maybe nnFormer preprocessing script will work? Thanks in advance.
