Bin Explorer: Read coverage label missing from coverage chart #148

With the recent JFreeChart upgrade, the read coverage chart no longer shows item labels
on top of each rendered bar; they are (briefly) visible initially, but then disappear.

Seems to depend on the number of bars shown.
