I am trying to use the function mr_rucker_cooksdistance()
Suppose I have a harmonized dataset (dat) with 864 variants.
Using mr_rucker_cooksdistance(dat, parameters = default_parameter()), I get an output listing the cook's distance and the number of SNPs removed.
So, my dat should now be updated with SNPs removed where cook's distance > 4/864, but in this case since 0 SNPs were identified that exceeded the threshold, there is no change.
However, shouldn't the 5th SNP in my output example be flagged as an outlier?

Hello,
I am trying to use the function mr_rucker_cooksdistance()
Suppose I have a harmonized dataset (dat) with 864 variants.
Using mr_rucker_cooksdistance(dat, parameters = default_parameter()), I get an output listing the cook's distance and the number of SNPs removed.
[[1]]$cooksdistance
1 2 3 4 5 6
1.065597e-03 3.450367e-04 2.533774e-04 6.588999e-04 1.261998e-02 3.092729e-03
...
$removed_snps
character(0)
So, my dat should now be updated with SNPs removed where cook's distance > 4/864, but in this case since 0 SNPs were identified that exceeded the threshold, there is no change.
However, shouldn't the 5th SNP in my output example be flagged as an outlier?
