Does not support multiple XML documents within SDMPackageXML #1

Content locations incorrectly show as updated when the SDMPackageXML property contains multiple XML documents.

The affected applications were associated with Patch My PC but not all Patch My PC applications were affected.

I'm not certain if this is a problem with the Patch My PC applications writing the value incorrectly or if a foreach loop is needed.
