After this I tried uploaded the raw counts file instead and get the error server responded with 0 code |

Upload of raw RNAseq files worked fine but every time I try to analyse it just sits with a spinning wheel on the preview. Preview did work once and looked fine but just did the spinning wheel again when uploading dataset. Left it like this for 12 hours to see if it was just taking a long time but still the same.
After logging out and logging back in again, alignment has disappeared
