I can't imagine this being a major issue for most people, and there is a workaround for this, but if you drag a query editor window outside of the Toolbox, for example to have it on another monitor, when you try to execute a query in that other window, it won't work, as the Execute button is only wired up to whichever window is present in the main Toolbox application
For example, if I wanted to run one of the queries in the window "Query 1" I would have to drag the query editor window back into the main Toolbox application

I've been playing with this for a little while now and I can't get this working in a sensible way. I can get it to recognise that the floating window is active, but as soon as you then click the Execute button the focus switches back to the currently docked window instead and that one ends up being executed.
Anyone with more experience of DockPanelSuite able to offer any suggestions?
