[BUG] The website utility isn't working

This utility isn't working:
https://metamask.github.io/eth-phishing-detect/

When you search for sites that are in the black list, and hence blocked for phishing/scamming the site shows this message:

This domain is not blocked! No problem here.

Even thought the same site is blocked when accessing it with Metamask installed, and despite being in:
https://github.com/MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect/blob/main/src/config.json

I think this is due to a sync issue during caching or list updates.

Although tornado.is is on the blocklist, no warnings are shown, and a few other websites like it have been encountered.
