Buggy rectangular selection

Rectangular selected text blocks doesn't copy or cut with CTRL-C or CTRL-X keys, it does with «Edit — Copy» menu though.

Also doesn't work typing in multiple lines with rectangular selection, not on the first time selection. If i select second time it sometimes works, but not every time.

Juffed 0.10, current git build.
