Overview of the problem

Description

Implement MDBootstrap, upgrade correct dependancies.

Steps to Implement

  1. Use MDBoostrap installation guide
  2. Make sure to upgrade correct dependancies (JQuery)
  3. Add correct classes and container divs in order to make it work.
  4. Validate RTL-LTR works, if needed install library for Bootstrap 4 RTL (This worked really good for me)

Expected behavior

Spark should still work as it works today.
Should look like MDBootstrap basic without customisations.
