[Admin] How to add users to the portail and to the SSO server ?

• The VP Geek has to fill in some fields per new user. Then, it would be easier to add the user directly on the portail than on the SSO server. The VP Geek would import a CSV with the appropriated informations per user or fill in by hand. Finally, this operation also post the generated identifiant to the SSO server which can add them to its database with the "portail" audience for each entry.

Apparently, a section has been provided on the Portail :

• We could also have an admin panel on the SSO application to add, delete users or modify their allowed audience. For example, it would allow the Piauleurs or the Rezal team to add users for the "rezal" audience (see SSO repository)
