Quite often entities will glitch into, and/or through nodes.

Are we talking item entities? I wasn't aware that this was an issue, thought it was pretty thoroughly tested. Also, when does this happen? When dropping items, or when breaking blocks?

Breaking blocks, and yes, item entities.
I'll try and make a demo video of it.
