Auth0? Clean up legacy code (rack-attack)?

Internal apps vs customer-facing.

Already using Auth0 in Vendor Portal.

Keep this focused on microservices.

Can / should this be done at the edge? Would remove responsibility from the service, but that may or may not be what we want.
