Every time I choose a prefix it doesnt go before my name nothing actually happens can you s help

What chat format plugin are you using?

The chat format plugin is Nucleus and Permission Plugin is permission manger

I would think the problem resides in the Nucleus chat format configuration. This is the same setup that I have and it works perfectly fine.
