Separate saved scenarios can have identical names

It's currently possible for a user to name two scenarios the exact same thing (not the two scenarios named "русский язык" in the attached screen capture).

Can we implement a system that compares a new scenario name against existing scenario names and appends a number on the end? Alternatively, can give the user the option of replacing the older scenario with the same name?
