使用fmp4进行分片录制时，进度条不对 #38

使用fmp4录制时，分片60s，第一个视频的进度条是00:00到01:00，第二个视频的进度条变成了01:01 到 02:01 ，后面每个视频的进度起始时间都是上一个视频结束时间，期望每个视频的进度条都是00:00到01:00
